I'd think that would be yopur FRONT speaker from now on... :)

:mixed: wave and tidal sound effects then turn my living room into an ocean.:eek1: will be painted to match the walls.

I just registered here, and I don't know the first thing about reef tanks. Have you considered putting foam insulation around the plumbing on the way out of the chiller back into the system? Might help take some of the load off it if it doesn't have to recool water that warmed back up on the way back into the system.

welcome urodoji, my chiller will be arriving next week. once when all forming are done then concrete is poured then finished my plumbing. I will take that in consideration, but all of the plumbing is inside the fish room which has 12,000 btu window unit and probably have no more than few feet plumbing outside so I don't think it will be a factor since these unit are designed for outdoor, but it doesn't hurt to add foam insulation on them. thanks

looks good to me. why did you put the sill molding on the bottom of the tank? Seems like if you are going for a blended look, the same molding you used on the top and sides would have "diappeared" better. Or am I not understanding your goal?

yep, slap it on a truck and drive it out to my house.

Looking good. But it's still empty--

Noticed you have a gap under the trim on the sides of the tank, are you going to sneak some marble or something under there as a final shelving unit?

You know, someplace to hold your drink while you peer into the depths trying to find out "what the heck kind of hitchiker is living on that coral?"

wow this is really coming together nicely and pretty quickly. So many people start projects like this and get in over their heads. You're pre-planning is really showing. What's the next step?
