i need to see more i just read the whole form omg i love that tank i would go swimming it it if i was you and pet the fish wow cant wait to see more pics when finished

ok here are some more updates, got a chance to finished the sump adding enclosed baffles for all the returns from skimmer and reactors. skimmer was also hooked up but not 100% sure if i tune it right. it says 800gph intake and tunning the air valve. anyone can give me some pointers on tunning the skimmer. do you start with air valve or intake? how much water, it called to have the water below the black neck and adjust it from there.
here are some pics, and excuse the mess.

I'm not expert on Deltec, but I set mine up so that the water level with the pumps OFF, comes up to the top of the black neck. I can remove the collection cup and not have any water overflow from the skimmer. I needed to close the output valve a little to achieve this level. With the skimmer pumps running, I've set my air intake valves at the 2 o'clock position and the skimmer seems to be doing a great job. My installation was inspected and approved by LUNCHBUCKET.

looking good, i didn't see GFI's on your electrical circuits, are they on another part of the circuit? also the waterproof covers are in order under the tank.

I have mine set to the bottom of the black neck when the pumps are off. I never tried setting it to the top of the neck but I would be afraid that it would overflow too easily. Maybe I will test your idea this weekend. I'm running an AP902 and it is gravity feed.

Yep been lurking around. This is just way too cool everything looks so neat and in place. Its a dream tank but I don't think I could afford the electric bill once this baby gets rolling. Thanks for the show cbui2. This one should make a thread of the month someday soon.

sure Ben as long you can locate my house, its yours. :D

As for the Deltec tuning, you do adjust the water level to just below the twist lock with the recirc pumps all turned off. You will need to restrict the air flow to the recir pumps until the skimmer has broken in and it has had the chance to get the water cleaned of the "excess" that is in it now. After we got ours running and dialed in we took off the air taps completely. When we sold our 902 I tried to find where we had stored the taps but never could :). But you could be prone to flooding for the first week or so, which is why alot of people start out with thwe water level lower (along with the air taps), then slowly bring them both up over time.

I tell you what: instead of putting you through the embarrassment that would, no doubt, result from me showing up at your doorstep, I will post my guess in the form of a picture. Tell me if this looks like your house:

I'll be booking my ticket to your front porch shortly... :)
