So for the last three days ive been going through a blackout in my reef tank to deal with a dino problem. When i tirned the lights on this evening, my nem was big and puffy more so than usual. Two hours later i looked in and saw two nems!! I will post a pic tomorrow my photobucket is having issues with uploads. Anyhow im very very stoked but need some help. What , if any, special care or attention do i need to give to the new nem. Also im in the process of a 125 gallon upgrade and i just got everything ready and was planning to move my livestock over on monday... With the splitting of my nem does that mean i need to push it back or will they be ok being transferred to the new tank??

no special care needed for the split. just feed like normal. not sure I'd move the nems to a new tank without letting it cycle first.

Photobucket was working today so heres a pic :-)

...i wont be transferring into an uncycled tank there will 60 lbs of live sand, 60 lbs of live rock, a nice size ball of chaeto, and 85 gallons of water coming from my 1 year 8 month old system im mostly worried about disturbing the rock they are attached to pulling it from one tank to another
