What do you feed your fish on a regular basis and how often do you feed them?

My 72 bowfront has a few to many fish so its hard for me to keep my nitrates low.

I usually feed 2-3 frozen cubes of dr g's gut loaded mysis once per day. Sometimes I'll use dr g's frozen gut loaded brine.
My fish love those orange fish eggs dr 'g caviarmax so I use them once in awhile.

Once or twice a week I'll put some nori in as well.

I also feed spectrum pellets that I have hooked up to a superfeeder that's plugged into my apex. When I'm not home or forget to feed them I just use my iPhone and turn the feeder on than I log into my IP camera and watch them eat :)

no nitrate or phos problems. Fish are happy and healthy.

I feed once a day during the week, and twice on weekends. Spectrum pellets are my base. I also feed Roggers, Formula 1 and 2, PE mysis, and whatever else I see. My tang also gets a 1x2" sheed of nori daily. Lately I've been carefully addings some reef fuel for corals. Haven't noticed a difference, adn no algae blooms to date.

There are 2 fish in my nano (clown and blenny) and my tang is in a QT all by herself.

like milvvy,
I use spectrum thera plus a as base then I'm pretty much like you Crackem. Dr G,mysis and brine on a daily basis.

Special occasions they get Rogger's reef and time to time nori and different things here and there. I used to try many different types of food but I just don't have too much time these days to experiment as much.

Im starting to use this High Performance Diet once a day from American Reef. Its an all in one meal, a little goes a long way, It stays together in the tank and it last a long time giving each fish a chance to eat, including the crabs and snails. The best part is that it fully customizable, and you can add anything to it: pellets, medication, nori etc and make it as thick as you like. Its like a jello, you keep it in the frig or you can freeze it. Its also only $20 for 8oz which will make a pound of food. Its worth a shot. :D
I know it sounds like im promoting it by im not, im just telling you the facts. Lol.

I feed 3 or 4 frozen cubes of a combination of mysis, brine, and pacific krill twice a day and in between the feedings I also feed cyclopeeze, pellets and a nori sheet for my tangs. I also feed Roggers on a clip every other day or so.

I have a pretty high fish load and all that food is gone in less than 30 seconds.

Mine is 72g bow front and i have extremely heavy bio load. (almost illegal so I won't post how many fish I have lol)

I have a 110 with about 10 small fish, tangs, angels, clowns, wrasse, gobies, but i planning on adding more. Check out the vid. He shows a 110 with about 15 fish feeding on this hpd stuff.

Lol illegal... I have 19 fish I just counted. I would have a few more but my flame hawk disappeared one day and I just took out my mandarin cause he was skinny so I brought him back to my lfs.

75 gal rimless: (13 fish) once to twice feeding daily (usually once during the week and twice on the weekends) I alternate between pellets one day and flakes the next and usually every other i will do a frozen cubed food of some sort (usually mysis) and i add nori sheet daily. All fish are fat and healthy. (all bad levels at 0)

Frozen Mysis / Cyclopeeze, every now and then Nori..... never any need for anything else. My fish are fat, healthy and happy. All of them acquired about 3 years ago, not one death or even a sight of ICH.

My clowns and a couple gobies did die though..... they committed suicide.... Jumped out of my tank. Sad.

I have a 210 with a pair of p. cardinals, pair of mandarins, pair of clowns, pair of wrasses, pair of cromies, large naso, medium sailfin, and a bellus.
I feed daily and alternate foods. I use two cubes of a combination of: DR Gs guy landed mysis and/or brine, Rotifers, and cyclopeeze. I use Roggers and I also made my own food.
Four times a week I also feed either 1/2 a sheet of nori or a piece of romaine Lettus.
So basically the equivalent of two cubes of any combination of the above foods.
