Hmm.. natural as in earth-tones?

I'm shooting for electric greens, blues, and hot pinks in mine. Well, really any corals that "catch my fancy" :D

I'm not sure why I typed the natural colors thing? earth tones in my eyes are BORING and have no place in my tank:lmao:
I'm going for a list similar to yours, really nice bright colors but nothing overpowering...if you know what I mean?

Lol.. I did that in a plumbing thread earlier - I was typing return, as in return to the sump (which is the way I think) but the OP was thinking of return, as in return to tank...

Sure do! I'm looking forward to seeing it evolve.

Hehehe I would have also thought you meant return to tank, but we all think differently.

there's no water in my tank anymore!!!!

there's no water in my tank anymore!!!!

OK this morning I turned on the led and for a few seconds thought all my water had been emptied, but when i looked again the tank was still full. It is amazing how clear the water is, as there is nothing floating around in the water anymore.
So since I know how much you guys love photos here's some more.

One question, do you think it is worth running carbon?

Yep! Carbon keeps the water all sparkly clean. Change it every 3 months or so. People have different preferences, but I like running carbon. It's cheap, and it polishes the water all sparkly!

I had a 20 watt led flood light laying around so i decided that it would be interesting to see how it goes. The Kelvin color is a bit low at 3000K but doing so research that is the same light waves that the sun produces at about two or three hours after sunrise. With both the flood and the led it produces a beautiful 10K sort of light when both leds are running. but if it just grows excessive algae then I'll take it off and just use the blue and white led. There's nothing lost in giving it a try.

what do you guys think of the look, with both lights running vs just the blue and white?
