Flame Angelfish pair covered in white film, no other fish affected

I just noticed today that my flame angelfish pair are covered in a white film. They are too fast to get a picture of that will do any good. There are 10+ other fish in the tank (clownfish, anthias, large angel, tangs) and not one other fish is showing any symptoms of this at all. It almost looks like brook, but again no other fish shows any symptoms at all and the flame angels are covered. I have had them for over 2 years. Every fish has been QT'd with CP/tank transfer and i haven't added any fish or even anything wet in over 6 months. Tank is a FOWLR

any ideas?

Brook can be very selective. I've seen a case where one clownfish was near death from brook while another one swam happily around him. Also no other fish in that tank seemed affected.

Though from your description it may also be bacterial.

im wondering if it could be bacterial as well due to the fact that they are still eating and acting OK for the most part? Any ideas what type of bacterial infection it could be and possible meds?

One of my percula pairs had a bacterial infection. It looks quite similar to brook but the fish may behave differently.

Unless you have a microbiology lab at hand it's hard to know which bacteria you are dealing with. So your best bet is a broadband antibiotic.
I had Amoxicillin, Cipro and Septra at hand, but Cipro and Septra are harder to come by and too valuable for treating anemones. So I used Amoxicillin, which is available at a LFS here (Amazon may have it too).

Just to be on the safe side I still gave them a formalin bath, and then threated them for a week with Amoxicillin. It cleaned them up within a couple of days.

I don't know that medicine.
Also forget about orally as a means of treating them inside the display - it more likely than not will not work.
If you plan to treat them you got to catch them and treat them in a hospital tank.
