A couple of weeks ago I began to see tiny little brown specks on my rose anemone. Now they have multiplied! I think they are flat worms... what can I do to get rid of my little visitors?

theres something called flat worm exit that would get rid of them.. make sure you dont use to much at a time because those things cause ammonia spikes really easily

Ammonia is not the primary concern. It's the toxins in their tissues that get released when they die. It's best if you remove as many as you can see before you start the FWE, and then remove them as their dying (they start to come out of the rocks and substrate and start floating around the tank).
