Flatworm Obliteration

If possible I would like to get your collective wisdom on something. I have Flatworms, and while usually i can deal with the sight of them, as of the last 2 days, I am done. they have exploded like Avril Lavigne on the pop scene...and like Avril Lavinge...i cannot stand them. So Im asking and begging...please MARS you are my only hope. I have a yellow wrasse, ive used SFE and for fear of my tank cannot use it again. What options do i have? any, or should i bite the bullet and nuke my tank with the SFE again?

Do you have a sump? You can place a micron bag under the tank drain and blast them off the rocks with a powerhead to remove a lot of them. then pull the bag and nuke the tank with flatworm exit.

I use Flat Worm Exit and LOVE it

You just have to be careful because when you kill thousands, they can become toxic when they die.

just my .02...sixline wrasses and psychedelic mandarins (ones with round spots) seem to gobble them up. also, flatworms don't seem to thrive in nutrient poor water.

Thanks Reefugee and tfp....Im starting to think that I may go with the Mandarin. Although I have to admit, im worried that he and the yellow wrasse will compete, but if push comes to shove whichever takes out the flatworms will stay in my tank

I had a HUGE outbreak in my 240. I fresh water dipped my LR, which got rid of a lot of them, but in the end I used Flat Worm Exit. It worked great with no problems.
