Flow in large tanks

The outlet are what I have to work with. Holes already drilled.
In regards to the overflow, tank was up and running for 6 years with the one inch inside diameter overflow.

I have a 300 Gallon (dual corner overflows) aquarium unfortunately I did not use a closed loop and have a hard time getting flows in the corners of the tank there always is dietrus build up there. Any advice on how to get flow in the corners. I currently have 2 vortechs mp 40s, 2 koralia 4's and koralia 3. The vortechs are on opposite ends of the tanks and the koralias are used primarliy for surface agitation.
