As long as I have dwarf ceriths in the tank the gyre will not be used. I just set up a fuge and I'm thinking about using it on that tank to help roll the chaeto in the water

He told me one time that he was getting a bunch of blocked emails from US email providers. I think they may have him blacklisted as a spammer. You may try an alternate email account if you have one. He does respond, once I started emailing him with one of my other accounts...

I will say that my initial impressions of the new FWX are incredible! I will have more time over the weekend to play with this and try to get it hooked up. One big difference with this version is that it can run without water going thru it.

I sent my FlowWolf version 1 for repair back in October of 2014. Lucas says he mailed it back to me (Idaho) in November. It's February 3, and I still don't have the replacement, and I can't get a reply to my request for the status or tracking number of the shipment. Anyone have any contact information for Lucas beyond the info@derkroon.com email address? This is getting absurd.

this is what I have warned you about
Lucas and gang give you a little carrot and then when things go wrong or they say they have sent your order and the shipment company have not delivered or we have refunded you but bank made a mistake or just plain stop responding your email and forget about phone calls.....

we are still waiting for our refund of nearly 4000 euro that we placed coming on a year ago.
they have made promise after promise.
Ever wonder why they took the facebook page down?
because there where people on the page complain that they have paid without getting the products
