Got my replacement v2 (eventually). plumbed and filled my tank. Went to plug in the power supply -- the barrel plug for the 12V power supply DOES NOT FIT in the FlowWolf. Won't go in. Anyone else experience something similar?
God how I wish I didn't design a tank around this thing. Maybe I can get a couple Oceans Motions diverters and re-plumb everything.

What is up with this company...they are very unresponsive or sporadic...I still haven't receive my replacement drum...getting very irked with them. is it a 1 man operation or something?

I have emailed Lucas probably over 100 times without answer, for our over 4000 euro order refund.
He gave me a couple of phone numbers.... They don't work or just ring out.
People wake up and smell the coffee. They are crooks, if you get a Flowwolf. It's because it's a carrot for the rest of us, so we keep ordering.
We have police and lawyers on the case. As this is fraud and theft that derKroon mechanics are conducting.
Message to Lucas, as I know you read these!
We won't stop until you refund our money!

Well as much as I wanted my flowwolf to work because I think it's a great concept, I have to move on. I think these are great for lower flow pumps because my pumps keep blasting they seals, breaching the motor block and frying everything. I do have a brand new FWX that I will sell with an extra drum. If anyone is interested please pm me.

Wouldn't it be easier for you to sue them?
I am starting to side with you. Have yet to receive my new drum or any other responses. All I got was" It was shipped USPS" and won't provide the tracking number and such.

i have 3 of them all of them stoped working 2-3 months after installed......
i tried to reach lucas by email and telephone but no response.
The design fault of FWs is not a problem every company can make mistakes but
no response !!!!! it is a problem.
i bought pumps from derkroon i asked him "are these jebao" he told me that "pumps have the same coating with jebao but inside is different" after few months he changed the name of pumps to jebao.
lesson learnt

I just read thru the tread. Very interesting. A lot of emotions I'd say.
It has been over 6 months since the last post. How's everyone doing at the moment.
Are you that had positive experince still at that level? Did it work out eventually with the promised deleviery, refunds and stable operation?

After my third FW/FWX,I am throwing in the towel.I have been a loyal and patient customer of DerKroon,but enough is enough.The device is quite hightec regarding to the IT part,but when it comes to simple mechanics,it is completely useless.Leakings,bad stepper motors etc etc.But the worst part is the completely lack of customer service.So when Lucas says 12 days,he really mean at least two months.So my warning is:do not under no circumstance buy anything from DerKroon,unless you want to throw your money away.
Have emailed Paul at OceansMotion,and will most likely buy a unit from him.
