Food...for thought?

Hey everyone, was just wondering what everyone is feeding their clowns for health and color. I know most people feed brine (yuck), mysis, homemade stuff, and rod's, but is there anything else out there worth checking out? I saw a food by reef munchies and wanted to check it out. Anyone tried it? Comments, suggestions?

I feed.. (are you ready? all of these foods, I mix and match, no set food routine)

NLS Thera+A (this is the only thing fed everyday)
Instant Ocean *New* food with shrimp in it (pellets)
Instant Ocean *New* food with seaweed in it (mostly pellets with some harder flakes)
Frozen cube of brine shrimp
frozen cube of mysids
Nori
Newly hatched brine shrimp
sliver of fish (like you or I would eat, I just slice off a sliver and hook it into the Nori clip)
and last but not least, fresh clams that I buy from TOPS grocery store and toss in the tank (after temp acclimation and rinsing) and I take one out every now and again and break it open for the fish to pick at, or cut it up myself.

They also pick at the mysids (and pods) that live in and under the rocks.

My fish and happy healthy and fat(ish)

Why is brine shrimp yuck?

I feed the frozen cyclop-eeze bars. I love that stuff. A little goes a long way. It seems to help my clowns get the dark black on them

I just feed them combination of dry foods. In one tank with my Marine Beta, I also feed frozen Mysis. I think variety is most important. Clowns don't really need frozen food to be healthy.

Live worms, fresh clams and frozen mysis. One of mine is almost 19 years old and has not complained yet. Still spawning also
