In dealing with my regal angel, I've found that my fish go absolutely crazy over clams and oysters, and it gives them a chance to pick at food throughout the day.

I would really like to order clams on the half shell from bio-aquatics dot com, but they have a 10 pound minimum limit (20 bags of clams, liiiiiitle too much for me ).

Do any of you know where I can order clams on the half shell, or would there be enough interest to put together a group order for frozen food (they seem to have a great selection)?

errr... actually that may not be the link that I read up on once...

But in short, yes you can go to the store and buy everything you need to make your own. Make sure you get clams and not muscles though. Unless you're going to steam and eat them yourself Then get muscles instead .

There is that huge asian market on Nolensville man. Anything you could possibly want (alot of it is still alive). K & S market I think the name is? It's were the old Service Merchandise used to be.

Im not sure why mussels wouldn't be good?

I dunno. I'd probably stick with marine stuff for the HUFA's, but some fresh stuff would probably work as well.
