you see it time after time on here where someone lost tons of money and marine life because they were cheap.. and history certainly repeats itself. winters coming on hard and power outages are right behind.

Doing ok wayne still having the usual problems.. Someday I will be back in the Hobby. If I had the money to get lena's tank I would have grabbed that one what a deal!! I dont know if she still has it or not.

Are YOU protected ? the next power outage are you going to come on the board and cry that you lost everything because you didn't have protection, especially those of you that have these huge tanks. can you picture yourself throwing every rotting dead thing in your tank away, $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ and some of these designer polyps going for 50 and 75 bucks a head ???
Hmmm if you loose 5 polyps thats the cost of a backup. now add everything else up that you will loose including fish.
Basically you are flying first Class but got cheap on the fuel and when you run out of fuel mid flight your going to be flapping your arms petty fast .

I don't care if you buy my generator or not, it doesn't eat much sitting in my garage, but ask any of the oldtimers on this sight and they will tell you of countless people that have lost there tanks to power outages, history repeats itself over and over again on here.
you are overlooking one crucial part of your system and thats power backup.
you say your in too preserving the oceans and saving the corals and fish thats all good but do it right.
when your power dies you just killed a 24 cubic foot piece of the reef.
for those of you that have been on this site for some years just on the C-Sea forum think back and visualize the TONS of coral and sealife that has been killed and discarded in the cleveland area.
yep real good job at preserving the oceans.
Do what the hobby was meant for. not for a means of making some easy money by putting a fancy name on a coral, but for making awareness of the beauty of our oceans and the preservations of our coral reefs. if you are true to the hobby the profits of LE corals
should be donated to groups that are out there trying to keep the reefs alive and well.
not as an alternative to legal profits instead of selling drugs for profit. no one here is guilty of that are they?

Oh and also Merry Christmas !!
