For the medium scorp tank.

We are hoping to co-ordinate it so we will have both places for a couple of months to move in everything "right".

Bahahahaha. I must have thought we were rich. I think I'm going to be eating Ramen Noodles for a couple of months, not keeping 2 places going. *watches the moths fly out of her wallet*

How's the water quality of the tank he's in? From what I've read about them their very intolerant of poor water, which seems to be very true. A few days after I got mine one of his eyes started getting cloudy, so I did a wc and it cleared right up, he never acted sick though, no excesive gilling

the water is fine...as mentioned, Renee and i both noticed that many of the fish at the wholesaler were breathing a bit heavily. we were assuming it may have been due to the fact that they were cleaning the system that day.

Renee suspects flukes, and i always defer to her on the subject of "fish cooties" and treatment. she kinda has a 6th sense in that respect.

Water quality is fine, from what I can test. I'm doing a lot of water changes. This isn't something he developed, but something he came with. We're just hoping to turn him around.

He doing well. He was still gilling hard as of a couple of days ago, but he seems to have turned around *knock on wood*.

VERY alert now where he was perched much of the time prior to this. I removed a computer from beside him and I looked over and he was at the top begging for food. He's a great hunter and turns almost white. He shouldn't be too hard to convert as he recognizes me as food already, is showing little fear, recognizes the "red stick" and the net (the cues I use for training) and he jumps on food when it hits the water so I should be able to sneak something dead in without him even looking first. But we'll see. The signs are promising. Where he's still my sickly one, I'll feeding him berried gutloaded shrimp for awhile longer. I don't want to "starve" him with training just yet.

Mine died. He was doing great, eating good, active swimming, breathing normally, begging every time he saw me, I thought for sure he was going to make it to the big tank, then the other night I noticed all of a sudden his tail was pretty beat up and he was breathing very heavily, so I turned the lights off so he could rest, the next time I checked on him he was gone. It all happen within an hour. I'm assuming my baby trigger gave him the beating. I'm extremely ****ed about the whole situation. He was going to be the "big" lionfish in the new tank, I'm really bumed now.

Did you ever wake up with that feeling of knowing today was not going to be a good day?

Mind if I use that for BG? Great pic!!!

Oh NOs! That's awful. It's always a big sweat time when we put fish together. The Fu is ready to go... but I'm afraid.

That's so sad.

Naw Dood, that's a compliment. Not that I would know unless you invite me over for supper... no liver please. I can give you proper dimensions if you give me the settings of your monitor.

Ill send them tomorrow morning.
I'm a police officer so I thought it would be funny for all the thugs to look at on the way to the pokey. That and its a great picture.

I would like one in 1280x1024, with possibly some of the empty space on the right cropped out :)

This pic looks awefully familar.

I sent an email:

Hi, the fish you have listed under scorpions as a Orange Banded Stingfish is actually a lionfish, a Mombasae to be exact, MY mombasae to be even more exact. Please remove my photo.

Haha geez! Some people shouldn't be selling fish if they can't even tell the difference between a lionfish and stingfish.

Sorry about your pic Renee, I know how it ticks you off when someone uses your pictures without permission

Hello, I am super interested to know more about your scorpion tank?

Is it mostly lionfish or are you gonna have other species of scorpions? ( I'm im not mistaken "This Guy" from your previous picture is a sea goblin or a spiny devil fish )

I am new to the hobby. I am in the process of planning my very first tank, a 350 gallon predator tank. I hope you can take a look at my my posting and advise me regarding some compatibility questions I have.
