For the medium scorp tank.

No, it's a local move. We are hoping to co-ordinate it so we will have both places for a couple of months to move in everything "right".

They do have some awesome color!! Brightest glowing red I've seen on a lion. The texture is the coolest part, it's like velvet

Just saw another mislabeled one, look at the antenna on bluezoo

good luck with that move, hope you have some friends that owe you favors :)
how many tanks are you planning at the new place?

at least they're closer than saying it's a miles...to be honest, i haven't seen an antennata in awhile, and if most of the wholesalers get the same fish, i bet they have P. mombassae.

we need to find a home first, but i'd like to have as few setups as possible. many of our current tanx are QT/grow out setups, so we plan on moving some fish out of them. we tend to buy young fish whenever possible, and grow them up (Renee likes her baby fish!).

  • Large lion Tank
  • 100g Medium lion Tank
  • 60 scorp Scorp/Lion tank
  • My drop off tank... size to be determined.
  • Cool water tank (currently has the Black foot)
  • 26g Angler Tank
  • 40g Ghoul Tank
  • Tanks where they don't go anywhere else.
  • 40g Split Mantis Tank
  • Pacific Ecosystem

some wimmin think furniture for a home...ya gotta love one who thinx "how many tanx can we have?" ;)

Ya ya ya I know your a lucky man Greg, I'm working on getting my gf to that point, luckily she's become pretty interested with this hobby... I love it when I catch her with her face right up against the glass nose to nose with the scorpions, which she seems to like better than the "regular" fish, big plus for me because that's what I'm mostly interested in

that's awesome Jarrod. there's something very cool about scorps...they're weird, but very pretty, each in their own way. the fact that they're venomous doesn't really figure into my passion for them, but i suppose it adds to their mystique when folks see/hear about them.

Well, he stopped eating and continued to gill hard, so I started him on Prazipro and dosed the tank with Vitamin B12. Now he's eating like a pig, his colour has returned, but he's still gilling hard.

Every fish at the wholesalers looked bad that day... I knew it was a crap shoot.

I haven't gotten any more pictures because of his unstable condition. I don't want to put the spot lights on his tank at this point.
