I had suspected that my Bangaii pairs were starting to mate, but hadn't seen babies before; found this guy hanging out in a Monti! Can't find him or any others anymore, but was cool while it lasted...
When my tank crashed I discovered 3 tiny babies in my display tank. They lasted about 3 days.
Outside in my sump I found another 11 babies. After everything my system went through in the last 5 months, the babies survived and have gotten pretty good sized. And now there is a second group of 4 tiny babies.
Mine are in a rock sump with some large clowns and tangs. They hang out over some large bubble anemones in the open. I don't feed them anything and they seem to be doing great.
They just get Rod's Food and whatever coral food (frenzy, roids, chili). These last 2 had pretty fat bellies. I'm not interested in raising them though. I almost always have at least one Male with a mouth-full of babies!
