Fox flame fell on Mari acro

Well it looks like the maricultured colony won against my fox flame. This is my favorite coral. It shows dead tips where it was touching. Is it a goner? Should I frag? Or leave alone? I'm so mad this was a huge frag...

happens, leave it alone... no need to stress it anymore. keep it stress free, well fed and keep up water parameters and it will heal right up. My JF flame survived two tank crashes. It..is..a..survivor

If the tissue recession continues, clip the dead parts off and you should be OK. A healthy frag will very likely be able to survive this.

Thanks guys! It has good p.e as of now. It's a fast grower for me too! I've always wanted this coral and picked this one up for like 60 bucks but still it's my faves.
