We have a foxface rabbitfish who feeds very little and is swimming all over the tank, like an animal in a zoo that just paces back and forth at the viewing window. He has some white on him but it is hard to get a good look at the spots. He used to consume seaweed like crazy and now will hardly touch it. We thought at first it was bad seaweed, but have tried to other brands and still no go. He won't eat his flake food either. He swims up to the food like he wants some but then he never eats it. Water parameters are all good and nothing has changed in tank chemistry. I have dosed him for two days with Maracyn-oxy. Any suggestions?

When you say "white" do you mean mucous? Can you post a pic? Sounds like he/she has some sort of parasite. Is the fish breathing ok?
