I actually bought the exact amount of $ I sold. Blue moon told you to the wife. Winning the grand prize was awesome too. I got a beautiful galaxy. Thank you to all the hard working people at sea that made it possible.

i was there i thought it was funny when you won the grand cause you just said you where either 68 or 89 or whatever and they called it :D
but the real question is can you figure out who i was

I didn't get to make it there this time around, but I want to say "Thank you" to SEA as well! It's nice to see a business interested in the community and the hobby enough to set aside their profits for the day to host something like this. Think about it this way - they're voluntarily hosting a swap so people can sell corals to each other instead of those people buying their corals from SEA... this almost certainly negatively affects their business for the day, but it really helps to foster the community of hobbyists. Very happy to have a store like this in town.

^+1. very well said, they are sacrificing potential profit for that day for the local hobbyists and that is something that no other store (that ive been too) does. im sure i speak for everyone else that was there when i say that we really appreciate SEA for hosting this event where us hobbyists can come together and have a fun time talking about a hobby that we love and also getting some spectacular pieces. THANKS SEA!!! :beer:
 
+1 Thanks to SEA for the swapp. I just found the store and loved the swapp....Been in the hobby for about 6 months. SEA just took it to the next level for me!
 
Only problem now is SEA has grown the Frag Swap to numbers that will never fit at someones house again, lol. The oldtimers will remember we thought we were doing good with 20-30 at Fishaholic's house.

And yes they are sacificing business for the good of the comunity by doing this and that is a rare quality nowadays. Thanks to all at SEA
 
we could have it at my furniture store, lots of places to sit. Just for the lack of fish, water, and coral. Nuts.

Maybe we could set a revival tent in the back parking lot and move the show out back - once the temps are in the 70s.:cool:
