The room next to Daves is going to be too small,like Melisa figured it will only fit 13 8' ft tables.That is half the room we had last year.It would be great location, but I think we need more room.I need all officers to please pm me their decision.Thanks David

Y'all can slap this around anyway y'all want but whatever the outcome, trust me, it will not hurt my feelings in the slightest. There is nothing I need to do to the space short of turning on AC the night before so don't feel rushed on my account. While I have no problem providing the space if you need ,I will admit, if you choose someplace else I will feel a sense of relief.

I think I can speak for Dave and myself. It doesn't matter to us where you hold the swap. Neither of us will have our feelings hurt. It isn't even about that. We were just trying to provide a space that the club could use free of charge.

The club only needs to make a decision based on their needs...not worry about hurting anyones feelings.

Both of you truly have gone above and beyond in doing what you felt was best for the "Club" not for yourselves, and not just in this issue.

Even though I am a newbie, I see the appreciation and respect that everyone has for "Ya,lls" selflessness and caring about this organization. I know that you both "Richard in being its founder and Dave in always being a major sponser and supporter" have what is best for this hobby and this club in mind.

I know from talking to both of you that you are concerned since you are in this (marine aquarium) business that you do not want the membership or anyone to feel you have a conflict of intrest in mind whenever you are involved with the club business. I hope you both will see that this is not the case, and what a wonderfull asset that the two of you are to this organization.

I know that I personally thank both of you for all that you do and hope that you will continue to stay involved in this Club and even be more involved in the future. This Club needs both of you as individuals with your vast knowledge and in interest in this hobby.

This club is "Lucky" to have you involved!!

I was just typing up similar sentiments when Bill's post came up and beat me to it and said it better than I could.

We wouldn't have a club capable of even holding a swap without each of you and you're very much appreciated.
