Frag Swap Time

Ok the Frag Swap will be on September 27th in the space next to Memfish.
So here is what is needed:
Someone to head up concessions,

Club tank- getting the tank and water

making a flyer to post on threads and public spaces,

postings of date and time on different clubs fourms

several people to get prizes-if you are ordeing anything from anywhere ask it they will send any product or gift certificates for prizes and they will be mentioned on the fourms and at the Frag Swap. I think we need to set a deadline on the prizes coming in just not sure what it should be right now. Start thinking who you can ask. I will contact bulk reef supply.


find vendors and hobbiest to come and set up tables.

If anyone can think of anything else just let me know.

Well I will take care of the water if we are that close to Memfish, I will buy it and cart it over there. Is everyone ok with there water, it always seems something fishy is going on in there when I go in..

That's a good weekend for me. I can help at the front table but would appreciate a few of us there again so we can all shop a little, too like last year. I still have the cash box that can be attached to the table that we bought for the last one.

All the volunteering to work at the swap is GREATLY appreciated but currently we are needing people to help organize it and help make it happen. Surely there is an artistic someone that can make a flyer/banner type ad that can be posted on other msg boards. I can post it and link back to a frag swap page once we get it.
