Are people researching this before they do it? These anemones do not divide in nature. why would one think that they can be cut like this and survive???
I had a carpet that spit out a baby once, but I'm pretty sure you don't want to be slicing up your anemones.... at least I wouldn't try it and I like to frag about anything.
...all it takes is five minutes of research to find out that they do not reproduce through binary fission in nature. There are two species that do. H. mag and E. quad. Others may bud which I'm guessing is what happened in jackri's case.
