Free Pet Store in LA

I have a pet shop in L.A. that has been there for 8 yrs, with 80 fresh water tanks and 1000 gallon saltwater system with about 1oo sectional. REPTILES BIRD,PARROT,PUPPIES,KITTENS,AND $10,000 IN DRY GOODS.
I love my store however I HAVE A FAMILY emergency and can no longer care for the store. I have listed THE store last month at sixty thousand with a realtor however she doesn't seem to understand that I only have a few weeks before I am admitted to hospital at which time. I can't say what will become of the store. So I am giving the shop to a fellow hobbyist . I I have all my numbers to show the store is a profit. I only have three requirements.
That the new owner have a love of animals second that my staff be giving two weeks to train the new owner. Third they pay the realtor cost and smoke detector system which has a one yrs contract . MUST HAVE GOOD CREDIT SCORE OF 650 OR MORE 5-12-06

I know there was a fellow reefer who was looking for a job for his dad. Maybe he could take over the store for ya.

I truly wish you the best with whatever your emergency may be. It must be very tragic for you to give up your store like this.
