The Green Coris (Halichoeres chloropterus) is under 2", eats everything but was also trained onto spaghetti worms (so he destroys those little annoying guys). Hector's Goby is around the same size, was eating frozen at the store, ate a few pellets in my tank, and since then I've only seen him eat pods.
