btw, looking at the pic, is the fish losing pigment around the eye? I mean I don't see a ring around eye, or is it just the pic

The fish is perfectly healthy and fine. the pics do not do the fish justice cuz i don't have a fancy dlsr camera like the rest of you guys.

No insult at $20. This amount is perfectly fine with me. I have had him for 2-3 months now. Anything less I'll just donate to the fish store for credit to save the forum from all the drama kings trolling.
