Ok, the tank is down! Here's what I've pulled out.
AquaC Remora Skimmer - Maxijet 1200 - surface skimmer/bubble trap

Finnex T5 4 Bulb Fixture - 9 month old bulbs
$100
Live Sand - 30 pounds? I can't weigh it all it's in a tank. 2 inch sand bed in a 30 gallon tank. you do the math.
Free - must be picked up tonight by 8:00!
