FT 210 RR W/ 75 sump oak stand MH VHO

I have a 210 gallon tank Reef Ready with a 75 sump and a oak stand, and a light strip with Metal Halide and VHO lighting. I need to trade this for something bigger than a 125 to a 180. I will need the tank to be reef ready with Metal halide and or VHO lighting, with a stand and sump. The tank is in really good condition I have to trade because it will not fit down the stairs into the basement if it was only about an inch and a half smaller . Have you tried taking the basement door off? You could also take the trimming off. What type of situation are you in? Is it the doorway?
