Just wanted to see if I got this right

very nice!

Hey- is that fish store still open in Auburn? It was on the west side-I forget the name. They had a big 'ol German Shepard and the structure was starting to fall apart..........

You got it right in more ways than one. Photo is excellent and your tank is gorgeous! I just love the way everything is placed, especially that Torch. My caps kinda scrolled together like that until the purple one took over. Now I need somebody to accidentally break off a piece of orange and sell it to me. Hint, hint?

Auburn is a long trip for orange cap, but if you want to make it....graves hawkins is actually near the pink stylo unless I'm way off on my labels. The fish emporium is still open, but to show my dedication to them I'm posting this as I'm shopping abc reef in syracuse.

I grew up in Elbridge, used to love going to the auburn emporium!

Very nice! How long have you had the clam (maxima?) in the bottom right? He looks to be doing well. I'm thinking of changing fro MH to the 8 bulb Tek T5.

Great tank Chris!!!

More on the cap...approx how long did it take to grow to its currents size, and how big were the two pcs to start?

That's the coolest thing I've seen in awhile.

Thx!!!

Thanks guys. Got the clam maybe 3-5 months ago from neoz. Just moved the rock it's on to try and free up some sand bed. The cap pieces were only a couple inches each. I think it may have taken a year to get like that. It's actually kind of a small rock that was home to the accidentally fraggings everytime I bumped the purple cap in my 30 gallon. Purple definitely grows faster than the orange so I'm afraid I'll have to start breaking pieces of purple off the top of the orange.

I forgot how nice looking that clam was. Looks great in the tank. Might be me but the Todd's Torch looks like it has grown quite a bit since I last seen it. Tanks looking good for sure..
