Fully stocked or room for more?

I have a 150gal mixed reef tank. I have a trigger bursa skimmer (300gal rated) and a trigger ruby 36" refugium.
All the fish I've had in it for 4-12 months.
2 clowns, Toni tang 3.5", hippo tang 4", powder brown tang 4", sailfin tang 5", six-line wrasse, blue chromis, kaudern's cardinal, sailfin blenny, flame angel.

Water quality is always great now. Every once in a while phosphates get up to .2 or so when I don't change my gfo soon enough.
Someone on Craigslist is trying to get rid of a Bartlett Anthias for free. Do I have room for it?

you have a lot of stuff in there already. things are running great. no point in messing it up.

You may be able to get away with it but as mentioned before why mess up a good thing? Anthias are short lived anyway (5yrs) compared to the tangs and angels you have so think long term

Come on! Go for it! Eleven fish in a 150 is almost barren. Just make sure you QT any new fish.
