Last night, I dreamt that a local fish store expanded into a huge warehouse. The tanks were full of healthy and unusual species of fish. There were tons of baby yellow bellied regal angels(quarter size) that were eating. I yelled out to a friend who was shopping with me in the dream "They have a trio of feminus wrasses!"

Too bad, its only a dream & I wake up every time...

Did you know that having vivid dreams about aquariums is a recognized serious psychological affliction? I myself have reoccurring dreams about walking through some woods and finding a small stream filled with Emperor angelfish and other expensive fishes in ten inches of water – which I then easily catch up and take home with me.

It’s called Pisces Affective Disorder, or PAD….while not normally fatal, there is no known cure for it – sorry!

Seriously, I actually have had a reoccurring dream about catching marine fish like that – kind of a strange thing, but then, then I do work with fish for a living…I wonder though, do accountants dream of exotic spreadsheets, and do auto mechanics dream about working on Lotus Europas?

Accountants dream of tax loopholes the size of houses

When I was young, maybe 6 or 7, I was taken to look at life in some tidepools, and it made a big impression on me. Later, on I saw pictures of the beautiful tropical marine fish, and I think that merged with the tidepools so I had many dreams about tidepools filled with colorful tropical fish. I think that's what I've been trying to recreate all these years.
