I'm considering upgrading to a cone skimmer. I purchased this skimmer earlier this year from someone else. It was made by C&C Marine, a company in Canada that apparently no longer exists. It is a recirculating skimmer with a bubble plate. I think it is most comparable to an Octo Extreme 160, except it is recirculating. The Sicce pump that comes with it also has a better volute design and better pinwheel impeller from what I understand. I have not used it and it is in practically brand new condition. I would like to get what I paid: $300.
If it doesn't sell for that, I'll keep it as it is a very well made skimmer.
