I'm going to be placing an order through www.Reefcleaners.org
They seem to have a great price on clean up crew. My order is over $100 & orders over $175 qualify for free shipping.

Pick up with be in Wheeling IL. If your order is larger than mine, then it's your place ;)
We can work out something.

PS: I have made up my mind to go with this company, let's keep this thread to people who are interested in going in for Groupbuy
 
Between myself & Kurens we already have free shipping. It is an incentive for others to jump on the order for free shipping.

How this works:
1. I set up a Group buy account with them & got some login & password (will look more into this)
2. You select the items, (add to cart) check out & pay for the item as a part of Group buy individually.
3. The order will be shipped over to 1 location (my place)
4. And we set up a time to pick up from here.

With the way it is going, we can confirm an order for Wednesday, so we can have it shipped by Thursday-Friday.
I will update this thread with more information.
 
Update:
We have close to $250 right now. So shipping via Groupbuy is free.
I have been chatting with John from Reefcleaners & he suggests we have to get our order in by 4PM today in order for it to shipped out tomorrow, or we will have to wait for next week. Because of the holiday season & weather he is not comfortable to ship it out Friday.

Here is what we have to do by 4PM today

1. Place an order at ReefCleaners.org before 4PM. Pay for the order seperately.
2. Choose the free "Group Buy" shipping option.
3. Leave a note in the comments field before submitting the order to let us know which you group you belong too
Indicate here: "CMAS GB by Shaun"
4. The order will be shipped on 12/30/2011.

5. Finally, Email me with your order details to shaunram@yahoo.com along with your contact information.

Unless we have majority of us wanting items next week / if $250 is not meet we will plan on finalizing the order today.
 
An Hour & a half to go to finalize this order. We have reached the $250 cap. So if you like to get in on this order for free shipping do ^^

I have a 125 with four fish and about 25 hermits and about 8 astrena snails and two large turbos. I have diatoms. I.will take what they recomend. Should be 40 bucks or so. Phone might die
 
Crap, I can't pick up this week! Reefcleaners is great! They supply the CUC items to Live Aquaria as well!
