Hmmm... Especially since you are a paying member: one would reasonably imagine that as a "customer" you would have had better communication/service.

Actually that's not a correct statement. He's able to receive email via that address, the problem he's experiencing is that his ISP is blocking outbound mail.

I think the point was that his email doesnt work. If you call someone and they can hear you, but they cant say anything that you can hear, their phone does not work. Hence, you have failed to successfully reach the person you are attempting to call.
 
I don't see how his premium membership should be able to prevent Anemone's ISP from having a problem. Please go grind your axe somewhere else.

Folks,

My outgoing email has been down. Communications were and have been handled. A note on the problem thread told the involved parties what they needed to do. When the concerned folks agreed to "cool it," and an appropriate period had passed, those who were going to be reinstated, were reinstated.

No drama and no "bowing to public pressure." The communications were not conducted in public, and specifics won't be discussed. However, I will say that the removals and reinstatements occurred exactly as I expected - ie, there was no unnecessary delay caused by my email problem. The message got to the intended recipients and they took the requisite actions.

Time to move on.
