Are these reactor packages drop shipped from the manufacturer? I ordered the 618 pkg on 7/24 before noon central time and haven't heard anything.

We ship the GEO's from our warehouse. We are having some issues with our "email tracking" system though. So might of just not sent the email.
Can you email your name or order number to sales@premiumaquatics.com and we'll pull up the info and email you back.
