geo calcium reactor setup

i cant get this thing going? i purchased your little geo calcium reactor i think its the 6x12? i read the directions and cant even get it going? the return line that goes into the sump didnt even come with a suction cup? i had to tie it to the intake tubing that goes to the maxijet powerhead i had to buy zipties to do it! very confused with this reactor! please call me at my phone numbers listed in your computers. my names carlos padilla in salinas,california. also, when i plugged in the solenoid the water came splashing through the top of the calcium reactor chamber? where you put the media into. i screwed the plastic bolts on by hand nicely, are you supposed to tighten them with a wrench or the like? please help im fed up with this! i turned on the c02 tank and the only gauge that moves is the one on the right side? it goes up to fifty right away. the one i need to get up to 10 psi doesnt even move, why?

Sorry you were having troubles. I was reading through your main thread on the equipment forum and it sounded like between jdieck and geo they had you pointed in the right direction. Also, keep in mind that if you ever want to run a PH monitor or controller you already have the plugged hole at the top, so there is no need to drip your effluent into a cup.
