Getting anemone to attatch

I got a anemone for my clown but no matter where I place the dang thing it won't attatch to anything. Everytime I turn around its upside down in the sand. I've had it for about a month now and have tried everywhere in my tank. Any trick to get it to attatch to a rock? I'm ready to glue the stupid thing down.

They roam until they find their happy spot. Be careful with powerheads.

Mine seem to like open holes and crevices in the rocks that they can wedge there base into.

Well like I said mine keeps ending up on the sand bed upside down

What kind of anemone is it?

What are your water parameters? (Are the numbers in your signature constant?) How about flow? Lighting? Without this information, we can't help.

It's a seabae. Everything is fine and healthy it just won't latch on anywhere for some reason. Just wondering if there's any special tricks to get them to stick to a rock.
