Nice pe, those corals do look a little hungry, but otherwise they look healthy.
What setting do you have the mitra on, in terms of colour and intensity?
I know the answer is probably here somewhere but I haven't looked.. What size tank do you have and how high off the water is the mitra?

Technically speaking, from what I have gathered, two units, end to end or parrallel with your tank should do it..
They are purported to decently cover a 36 by 24 inch area... However, you might not want to put light loving sps on the bottom sides of your tank..
I'm sure somebody with hands on experience will give you a more definitive answer..

My 3 Mitras are up and running:celeb1: Man I cursed you guys for not having a rail kit :idea:, but I have tools The software is a breeze to set up and I've got it running at around where my T5s were. Going forward will be the learning curve, from the short play period I had last night and early this morning, the compositions look limitless :dance: Note to GHL; GET US A PC TO MITRAS WIRELESS CONNECTION GIZMO PLEEEEEEEEZE!

OK, so I assume you can connect to the light, click on firmware update. New window pops up "Mitras firmware update step 1/5" click next, all the lights on the Mitras should go out and there is and option for the COM-number of "USBVCOM": A little to the right of that is a button Devise manager..... Click on that and look for Ports in the list. Click on the little sideways triangle beside ports. That should drop down and read USBVCOM (COM and a number, mine reads 12, so I see USBVCOM (COM 12). Close that window, red X, upper right side. Enter just the com # in the white box. I entered 12. Hit next and follow the instructions. Make sure you disconnect the power from the Mitras when you are done for about 10 seconds. Reconnect and change the language directly on the Mitras to English, save, and then restart the software. You should be good to go. HTH.

Hey Michael, every time I set up my lamps with my light project the factory default project appears in the software when I restart. I can load my project from memory, anyway to get the software to start with my own personal project so I don't have to load it everytime? Thanks! M

The software defaults to the starter project you simply load your project on opening, there also is a thread on the support forum about how to change the data file so it loads you project, have a look on aquariumcomputer.com

Thank you! That's exactly what I've been doing all along. Got fed up this morning and uninstalled everything GHL from my laptop and reinstalled. Went through the process again and it worked. Not sure if there was some kind of error with the first download or what. Weird, but who cares...my light works and I am madly in love with it! :love2: :dance:
