I keep mine with VHOs.....and I have 3 different carpets in three different tanks. My bulbs are 10000K and 17000K. You would probably would do well with 10. 12 or 14Ks. Just depends on which one you prefer. I will tell you though that having collected each of the anemones myself, they were in less than 4 feet of water.... albeit rather murky lagoon type water.

I was thinking the reeflux 12k in my full size lumenarc but the par is higher on the reeflux 20k and supposedly only a bit more blue. ( 12k is a crisp white, very close to actual diving but not very blue) I was thinking the extra par and colour from the 20k may save me from having to add actinics. Maybe i will just go with a tried and true pheonix
