Got the skimmer yesterday and I got around to Installed it today what a impressive workmanship on the skimmer and it feels like a tank.

Next will be the calcium reactor and lights.
 
Are you running the skimmer in the return section? Watch out for them annoying micro bubbles and water level fluctuations

Mike, NO MICRO BUBBLES with this skimmer the out is on the bottom of the skimmer under the pump (1" hole) then it goes out a small gate valve on the bottom were you can control the level of the skimmer.

I did a lot of research on skimmer and it was between external or this skimmer due to the design mistake on my part BUT it worked out.

Finally I'm ready to bring the tank inside the house. The light are in order (only 2 out of 3) that's all I can afford for now will deliver this week.
Completed the pipe work from inside the house to the garage for the drain and the top of yesterday
ATO was order last week
Tank has been fully operational for 2 month in the garage.

In 3 weeks I will be moving the tank in.

So is been a couple of weeks from the last post (I was debating on getting back on this forum due to some mob here got me all out of shape)

With help of Bryan and Eric we were able to roll the tank thru the front door. Bryan made the ramps and with lots of pushing and 30 minutes later we were in side the house.

The same water was used and the rocks were added.

I just added the 3rd light today and added the lower coral and some zoas today.

I also made 3 covers for the top for fish jumpers and also to acclimate the SPS to the LED once I made the jump from the 55 gallon to the new tank.
