Going to start Vinegar

I have an extra Kent dosing containers and was going to start dripping vinegar to get my Nitrates and phos under control. Been fighting it for years with no undetectable readings. Been reading alot about vinegar thanks to Randy. I have a 125g tank with a 20g sump and a 29g refug. Nitrates usually at 50-60 and phos are high too. What do you recommend the drips per sec on this?

If you are setting up a dripper or other slow dosing of vinegar, dose it during the mid morning to late afternoon when pH and O2 are naturally highest. :)

Well I was thinking of a dropper which would run 24hrs a day just to try to keep it simple but if it's only needing 0.4 or 0.5ml of vinegar a day then a dropper won't work and will have to do it manually. I'm starting today. Fingers crossed

I wont get my calculation correct so I hope you can help. I have it set up on 1 drip every 25 seconds. Should I do more or less?

1/12 drops of a mL. This means is take 12 drops for one mL. Running one drop a min = 12 drop/1ml. 12mins/1ml = 1200min to equal 100ml. Which means 20hrs of dripping to equal 100ml. Dang I'm getting confused now. LOL. BASICALLY 5ml per hr equals 120ml in 24hrs. Hope Im right.
