I have an extra Kent dosing containers and was going to start dripping vinegar to get my Nitrates and phos under control. Been fighting it for years with no undetectable readings. Been reading alot about vinegar thanks to Randy. I have a 125g tank with a 20g sump and a 29g refug. Nitrates usually at 50-60 and phos are high too. What do you recommend the drips per sec on this?

Vinegar dosing is very similar, except vinegar is 1/8 as concentrated as 80 proof vodka, in terms of organic carbon. I'd start with the recommendations there, which are 0.1 ml per day per 25 g of actual water, and multiply by 4 or so, to be conservative.

If you are setting up a dripper or other slow dosing of vinegar, dose it during the mid morning to late afternoon when pH and O2 are naturally highest. 
If you are dosing vinegar, it will take a lot more than that. I dose 100 ml per day.

I'd set it to do a test run into a measuring cup and see how long it takes to get a measured amount.
Where did you get the 12 drops per mL? Unless it was from your actual dripper, I'd do the measurement I suggested.
