Gold Stripe Maroon & Carpet

Has anyone had any history of keeping a GSM with a carpet anemone? Did the GSM host in the carpet? On an inpulse purchase I bought a GSM last night and I was wondering how it will get along with my carpet anemone.

Interesting- you posted your species of Clownfish but not your species of carpet anemone. (See the Anemone FAQ at the top of this forum for help with anemone ID.)
I've seen Maroons adopt certain carpet anemones.
I've also seen certain carpet anemones eat Maroons!
Bubble tip anemones and Maroon Clowns are natural symbionts.

I believe the carpet is a Haddoni.

Is your GSM small or large? Is your Haddon's (?) anemone small or large?

The GSM is large about 3 1/2" and the anemone is about 12" across.

3.5" is a medium size GSM. Even Dr. Phil can't call this one.
