Goniopora Flow

Hi,
I just bought a new Goniopora from Diver Den. It is an ORA. I am starting it out in the sand to adjust to my ATI T5 fixture. Can you tell me if this flow is OK or is it too much?

That's a little on the high side. It can adapt to it but won't expand as large as it would under lower flow.

I was told they like dead-space in the tank and they will grow bigger with less flow. Would love to hear others confirm that.

Definitely not dead space, they do like at least a little flow. They won't grow bigger in lower flow, but they will expand larger.

That's considerably more than I give mine. Looks rough to me. Low/moderate flow works for me.
