Good time to move fry ??????

Are 4 week old Bangaii Cardinal fry old enough to be moved to a separate tank (29g)? They are in my 125g fuge at this time (mixed reef), but I don't want to place to much strain on the biological filter once they are bigger. I have a lot of fish already !! What is the best time and way to move them?

From what I have seen so far that might be ok... Are they with the male also?

No male. Just the babies.

If they eating good, they are ready to move. Nice thing about Bangaii's, they start out nice and large

So here's my problem, I have gone through 6 banggai's all of which have gone from eating a lot and then they stop eating, then breathing heavy, then dying... I want to breed them but I'm afraid I'm doing something really wrong or that they were caught with cyanide... Any words of advice or where I can get 6 more cheap or trade around Chicago that will live?
