Yeah, I have it on my todo list. Pick up some shrimp from the grocery store.
One of the guys I work with suggested the smaller shrimp that are used in salads and such.

when it's choped take a gallon food bag and put the mess in there... spread it out as thin and even as you can, then tie the end / zip lock closed. lay in frezer flat for a few hours till frozen.
then take out a crunch up into small bits and re-seal and store.
this can last a while, gives you small bits to feed as needed.
and it's really cheap!
