Ok, enough with the car love, i have bad news

So I have been noticing over the last couple of days that my Little Coral Beauty that could has turned on me :mad2: He's now decided to be the Little Coral Beast as he has grown a taste for all my meaty corals. His nipping is constant, nonstop and seems to be getting worse over the past two days that I have been keeping on eye on this little guy. So I rescued him from the LFS and this is how he repays me, bastard fish! :lol: But yeah, it's either the fish goes or about 6-8 corals go and this tank was meant for corals so I guess I know what I have to do now. I know that angels, especially the dwarf family are completely hit or miss, but I have kept 3 flames at different times and 1 Coral Beauty and all were model citizens in my tanks, so I guess my luck has finally run out. I'm just glad this guy is completely healthy and ready for a new home. Now I just have to catch him, maybe I should place a meaty coral in a fish trap

Thats too bad about the coral beauty. Ive never tried a coral beauty in a reef tank but have had several flame angels and knock on wood have had no trouble with them nipping at the corals. At least you saved the little devil and he's healthy. Now for the fun part of catching him.
On a side note I have my photobucket info now and have been loading pics to the site. Bad news is I am on dial up out here in the sticks and it is a slow process. But I am gaining.

Forgot to congratulate you on the new addition. The Lubbocks is a nice looking wrasse. Id be happy to be able to take shots that look as good as that photo. LOL. I really need to learn how to use a camera.

Thanks Jason, you should see the colors on this fish, it changes from pinks and purples to yellows and blues. When I saw it at the LFS, I knew that I had to have that fish in my nano. Can't wait to see your pics and don't worry we have all the time in the world for you to upload those pics.

Let's talk fish

On today's topic is my fish list. After I catch and relocate my coral beauty to a new home, I will be left with: (in the order that I got them)

1) Bluespot Jawfish
2) Tailspot Blenny
3) Neon Blue Goby
4) Lubbock's Wrasse

Any suggestions on one last fish or would you leave things well enough alone? If I do get one last fish, I would like for it to be an active swimming fish that cruises the tank looking for food.

On the list for possible last fish would be:

1) Small Flame Angel (under 2 inches)
2) Male Flame Wrasse
3) Royal Gramma
4) Yellow Watchman Goby w/ Pistol shrimp

Ideas? Suggestions?

You know I'm a wrasse advocate but I think flames might get a lil big for your taste how about a mystery wrasse? Or a Swissguard basslet. There's one that kind or rare that has blue lines it is very nice!

As for the Swissguard Basslet, I thought about getting the Carmabi, but to afford it, I would have to sell my 225g and all it's contents :lol: Here's a picture that I got from Angus' thread, I contacted him and he told me that he could get me one but for the price of my Vette I think I'll hold off on getting this stunning fish
