Great customer service!

We purchased an Auqua Euro chiller from Dave at Oceans Floor earlier this year and it recently failed. I attempted to contact the company via their website as stated in the warranty information. Nearly a week went by without a response from Aqua Euro (and still none to date), so I called Dave and explained the situation. He responded immediately by contacting his supplier and helping me set up a warranty return. It is a pleasure to recieve the same level of service after the sale as before. We would recommend Oceans Floor for the selection/prices in addition to the fact that Dave stands behind what he sells!

I'm so happy to have Oceans Floor as a lfs. I pass right by several lfs on the way, but he makes it worth the trip.
