I have had excellent customer service from Tunze and I would like to post my story. I bought two Nanostreams 6045 and one broke about 3 weeks after purchasing it. I sent Roger a message and within the week, I had a replacement part. Both NanoStreams are now up and running. I am very impressed with Roger and the service I received from Tunze. I am going to put Tunze top on my list of products to use.
