Great packaging

I recently ordered 2 Koralia3 powerheads and received a bittersweet surprise.

The bitter:
UPS appeared to have used my package as part of an in-house football game... it must have been the one they used to kick the winning field goal.

The sweet:
Because of the great packaging you guys/gals did (big fluffy air pillows), there was absolutely NO damage to my pumps... not even the slightest mark on the pump boxes.

i had a 600$ order boxed up great, but lost two seachem test kits ,several vials broke ruining everything in kit, ,jager heater box crushed.
